The front desk was helpful when we checked in, and each of the 3 times I called down for help understanding how to keep the AC on in the room, my call was answered promptly and the person was quite helpful. "It is very rare for me to use the word exceptional but that describes this hotel. It is a gem and we will be back. The staff are fantastic and nothing us too muck trouble. The also have a full gluten free menu."
