Enjoy charm, and convenience when you stay at 604 Sunset St. - Unit E. This beautiful home is located in a small, private compound (5 houses surrounded by a lovely, enclosed outdoor common space) and just a 10 minute walk to the historic Santa Fe Plaza - home to art galleries, museums, restaurants, shopping, and more, and in the winter, only 15 miles to the Santa Fe ski basin. The daily fee Ft. Marcy athletic complex only blocks away. The location could not be more perfect! This house has all of the features of classic Santa Fe homes - high ceilings in the living spaces with wooden vigas, hardwood floors throughout, beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, southwest tile accents, top end appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, and smooth plaster walls. The house is perfect for visitors who want a clean, contemporary home with all of the Santa Fe charm! The two bedrooms are beautifully appointed with down comforters and pillows. The master bedroom ( downstairs ) has an in-suite and there is another large bathroom in the hallway upstairs near the 2nd bedroom. A small deck off the living room provides a tranquil place for morning coffee/tea or an evening refreshment after a day of sightseeing or skiing in beautiful Santa Fe. The home has both central heating and air conditioning and comes equipped with high speed internet and HD Smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. A gas fireplace completes the picture. There is a single car garage and additional parking space, off street, for a second car.

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights in October celebrating our wedding anniversary. Great location close to downtown Santa Fe. We were comfortable here but could've been a little cleaner and basement bathroom sink was clogged. We spent some time cleaning the kitchen drawers, etc. before bringing in our groceries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and friendly!

Great place in Santa Fe

The house was perfect in every way. Great layout, clean, everything you could possibly need for cooking, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. The location was great too. The pictures of the house online are great, but when you get there you'll be surprised that it's much nicer and more open than the pictures make you think. Best VBRO I've stayed at.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well decorated and had everything we would possibly need. Thanks for the welcome basket, such a nice personal touch. Excellent stay in Santa Fe

We had such a great experience at Chris’s house. The location is excellent, everything we could have needed for cooking and comfort was there and the welcome basket with goodies was very thoughtful. Plenty of parking and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the plaza. The decor is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a family or couples traveling together! We hope to come back again and stay next year!

Anniversary Trip

This place was great! Adorable house. Super clean and the quietest neighborhood. We walked to the square and it was a nice walk and not to far. The host was great in providing information for an easy check in and left us some great snacks and a bottle of wine for our Anniversary. I would highly recommend this home.

Great Location in Santa Fe. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Plaza. Great communication with owner and property manager. They furnish everything you would ever need. They provided many many food staples. We came for the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque and stayed in Santa Fe at this property and so glad we did. It was Perfect !

Santa Fe Getaway

The property was in a great location and an easy walk downtown for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the gift basket. We had a lot of rain at the beginning of the week so having the garage was an added bonus.With the rain did bring some mildew odor in the lower level. We should have mentioned it to the property owner during the stay and not afterwards so it could have been taken care of.

An Amazing Place

What a wonderful condo! We were especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking essentials and utensils. It allowed us to comfortably cook meals there without having to buy oils, spices, etc. And the wine, food basket and orange juice provided by the host was such a welcome treat. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to NM. Highest recommendations!

Beautiful decor; comfortable home

All four of us absolutely loved how we felt while we stayed at this home. The goodie basket was a thoughtful touch. Everything felt very comfortable. I was amazed at the artwork that was put into a rental property. It was hard to leave. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great place, great location, great management

This property is very nice. Located within a group of 5-6 well-kept garden homes that all open on to a nice courtyard. Parking space and a one car garage are around back accessed via the alley. The property itself is clean and nicely furnished. Location is great, just a block off Artists road (if you are headed into he mountains for skiing or hiking, it's very convenient). But still close enough that you can walk to the plaza in under 15 minutes. Finally, the owners/managers are great. They communicate well to make sure you enjoy your stay. They provided a nice welcome package with some chips, salsa, fruit, drinks. We would stay again.

Wonderful location. Very comfortable house. Quiet neighborhood. Good amenities. We did notice upon arrival that the house could use a good dusting. We advised the property manager of this, and she advised that she had been out of town and was not able to inspect the property prior to our arrival. I would recommend this property unequivically.

Wow. Great home away from home.

Quiet neighborhood with Santa Fe adobe styled homes and condos. Easily walk to the Plaza with plenty of amazing restaurants and sightseeing. The home is spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Property Manager Lynann is incredibly accommodating and kind. She had a welcoming basket with snacks and treats for us to enjoy after a full day of sightseeing. Loved the cozy fireplace, all of the beautiful New Mexico artwork, pottery and rugs. Everyone in my group loved the place. Thank you very much. Will definitely share with family and friends. This was a perfect place to stay in Santa Fe.
