This was a wonderful space in a great location. We had the family there for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed the quiet with the deck and yard, as well as walking to all the activities in the square. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend it.
The home was clean and convenient to town with a nicely stocked kitchen, great hot tub and fireplace. It was quiet and comfortable for our family of 4. It is walking distance to nice restaurants, shopping and grocery.
My two children (ages 19 and 21) stayed here for a week and it could not have been more perfect. We were just a few quick blocks to the plaza which was great because parking there looked to be difficult. It was a quick walk to the farmers' market too and also to a lot of restaurants and museums. The house itself was perfect for us. It's beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed. Would definitely book this house again if we go back.
Beautiful home in a great location. Walking distance to everything Santa Fe has to offer. The fireplace and hot tub made the stay extra cozy & relaxing. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Linen & towels were more than adequate. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the large deck & other out door sitting areas.
House is clean, in very good shape and well decorated. All conveniences provided. Good location, and we loved the fireplace for cold weather. Only niggle is that upstairs bedrooms are not super private (open heating grate between two rooms) but wasn't a problem for us.
Beautiful spacious house that is walking distance to the Plaza. The home is very clean and tidy and has the charm of Santa Fe with a cute patio. The hot tub was a fun way to unwind. The sheets were very comfortable, the beds were firm but nice.
We were welcomed with yummy treats from the host. There was ample firewood to use in the kiva fireplace which was so charming. We would certainly stay here again.
We really loved staying here. The location is great (easy walking distance to the Railyard, Plaza, etc). The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and good showers. We were in town for cold weather and had no trouble with the heating system. The hot tub and fireplace were welcome luxuries and both worked perfectly. Property managers were communicative and check in/out procedures were clear and easy. We hope to return and will definitely recommend the house to friends visiting Santa Fe.
The only potential drawback is parking -- there's a small parking area suitable for 2 small or one large vehicle. No other close by options for parking. We just made it work with our two cars, but could be an issue for others.

Cute older home
This home was very clean and had the full Santa Fe feel. Property manager and owner very nice. The only problem I had with this home was the fact that the property said air conditioning and there was none available. They do not tell you that the AC is an evaporative cooler that the shut down when the weather might get cool. Zero access to it once they winterize it. Also, the heat is gas wall units. Just something I would have liked to have known. Also, when they say limited parking, they are serious. If you drive a large vehicle, it’s a tight squeeze.
This house is conveniently located and thoughtfully furnished. It really felt like a home away from home. Loved the local cosmetics and it was such a sweet touch to see chips, salsa and cookies upon arrival…and plenty of coffee, too! We enjoyed using the fireplace and the hot tub. This house has so many great spaces to congregate: the porch, the living room, the hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again!
The property location couldn’t have been better. It was a bit off the Main Street but it was perfect for quiet and still close enough to walk to the activity. Just a straight shot to the plaza. Love the whole vibe of the place, hot tub was great for kids while adults had room to enjoy time together on the outside patio for dinner. Very responsive with any needs we had or issues. Would book again!
Tecolote offered a nice feeling, well decorated with nice beds and a good kitchen. As usual Two Casatas did a great job taking care of our bookings. We will see them again soon
Lovely 3 bedroom house hidden away on a side street but walking distance from everything downtown. Traditional Southwest vintage decor. All amenities you need. Second floor porch is great for evening cocktails looking out on rooftops and trees.
Our stay here was a surprise for our 87 year old mother who was born in this house in 1933. So many great memories were shared. The inside decorations were beautiful and old Santa Fe traditional. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow and the warmth of the kiva fireplace on cold nights. Would love to come back in warmer weather to watch the sunset from the beautiful upstairs deck.
Great property. Lots of space, very clean with good linens, towels and extra pillows etc. Easy check in at a good time and same goes for easy checkout, also at a good time (what I mean by that is it was nice to be able to check in at 3p and out by 11a as it allows ample time on both ends. I really appreciated that we didn’t have to tackle a big list of “todo’s” at check out - easy peasey and so appreciated. My only feedback would be that the hot tub - which we had looked forward to using - looked a little dirty and it’s in a weird spot that wasn’t super inviting so we never partook. Things were just starting to open up so our time there was a nice mix of a few hikes, a few very mellow dinners out, cooking in and walking around enjoying the handful of stores that had opened. Just good to get away and I’d recommend this property.
