Welcome to this beautiful Chalet Style home in the mountains of Santa Fe. Nestled in the gorgeous, green foothills of the Sangre de Cristo peaks just seven minutes from The Plaza. This unique home features three decks with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain range. Pour a glass of wine while you take in the panorama view of spectacular sunsets. Enjoy the numerous hiking and biking trails as you head up toward the summit of the Santa Fe Ski Basin. Stop in at the famous Ten Thousand Waves Japanese Spa and Restaurant across the street for a great meal or relaxing massage.



LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING

The second-floor chef’s kitchen includes all new appliances and a dining room table set up for 8-10 guests. Relax and catch up after a long day of shopping, hiking, or skiing in the spacious living room with an attached deck.



A sleeper sofa is included on the second floor for additional guests.



BED AND BATH

This newly remodeled home includes three bedrooms and a full bath on each level. The top floor features a private master suite and cozy loft seating area for reading, games, and television.

The bottom level has two bedrooms with private access via the garage or lower deck entrance, and a shared full bath.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy two spacious decks with picturesque views, perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors. Whether you’re savoring a meal al fresco or simply taking in the breathtaking scenery, these decks offer an excellent space for unwinding.

Equally close to the center of the city and the outdoors. Head downhill for fine dining and shopping at The Plaza, or wander up the mountain for hiking, biking and skiing. Combining seclusion and convenience, this property provides something for everyone.



PLEASE NOTE:

- When renting in the winter months, a four-wheel drive is mandatory to navigate the steep driveway.

- When outside, please do not leave the driveway and the decks. The hill is very steep and dangerous, especially for children.

- The owner provides complimentary snow plowing from 8am - 10pm every day. If it snows, you may not be able to enter/exit the home before 8am or after 10pm.Please make travel plans with this in mind.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

Great spot for winter activities and to visit Sante Fe.

Great rental, the art in the house is amazing. Great location, great views from many different areas of the rental. Kitchen is amazing along with all the balconies. A lot of seating and nice furniture. Will consider renting here again. Having a hot tub would have the rental perfect with these views.

Annual family trip

Our annual family trip to Ruidoso had to be rescheduled because of the fires & flooding there. We diverted to Santa Fe & had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Beautifully appointed & furnished - conveniently located. Very clean - & kitchen was stocked with every imaginable tool, utensil & gadget. Lots of thought went into furnishing & filling the home. Highly recommend.

Amazing place

Even better than the pictures online! Beautiful sunsets off the deck, quiet neighborhood near Sante Fe and the mountains, very clean and a kitchen that has everything you would need to prepare meals (also close enough to drive downtown to eat). We will definitely choose this place again next time we are in Sante Fe!

Cool mountain getaway with all amenities!

This home was great and had everything you’d want or need. Two Casitas did an excellent job making the place ready for us. We loved hanging out on the balconies sipping wine and taking in the views. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Great place!

Great Time
