Quiet retreat near Plaza

Charming, historic casita in the heart of old Santa Fe. This casita boasts all of the Santa Fe touches, including kiva fireplace, hand-troweled plaster walls, wood ceilings, and local art -- all combined with modern conveniences including air conditioning, combo washer/dryer, and a new kitchen.

The ample living and outdoor spaces also make this casita unique. Sitting on the front porch gives you a view over the garden and makes you feel a part of the quaint Don Gaspar neighborhood, while the secluded back patio is the perfect place to decompress. When you are ready to venture out, the famous Santa Fe Plaza is only seven short blocks away and the State Capitol is only one block away. The owner, a Santa Fe native, lives just across the street and is happy to share insider tips or let you enjoy your privacy.

This rental is one-half of a historic, single-level duplex, but is quite private. Nether the living room, nor either of the bedrooms share walls with neighbors.

Fantastic location, property and manager!

Wonderful property that was large, clean and comfortable. Great location to old Santa Fe and great art throughout the home. Nice fireplace for the cold nights, and the property manager was super helpful in providing wood to us. Would stay again!

Santa Fe Get Away

The house is beautiful, so comfortable and the perfect location. Even though it is within walking distance to the downtown plaza, the area is so quiet!! We loved every minute of our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

Perfect location, amazing host

The property was generously appointed and perfect for our family of 4. It was an easy walk to the plaza and an easy drive to other attractions around town including Meow Wolf, hiking and Canyon Road. Great home near the best sites in Santa Fe

This house was absolutely amazing. It was walkable to the plaza area and many of the sites in Santa Fe. It was extremely clean and the owners were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Santa Fe.

A good choice

We can confirm many of the other positive reviews. Most important to us was that the house gets lots of natural light and good reading light at night. We also found the bed exceptionally comfortable.

Beautiful Casita near Santa Fe Plaza

We had a good stay at this beautiful Casita near the Plaza. We've stayed in the Plaza area several times now and this was the best as far as location & parking goes. It was an easy walk to the Plaza and all the wonderful things it has to offer. The Casita was well equipped with all we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the home is decorated both comfortable and beautifully. Our Host was extremely responsive and helpful, a truly great Host! The home is in a quiet neighborhood which was also wonderful. You can't go wrong renting this lovely home :)

Perfect Place to Stay

We had a wonderful week in this house; wish we could give more than 5 stars. It’s beautifully decorated with original art, nice furniture and carpets. There’s plenty of room and it’s outfitted with everything you could possibly need. Beds, linens towels, etc. are first class. Private parking, just a few feet from the back door, was much appreciated. Peter, the owner, could not have been nicer and more helpful. Almost everything in Santa Fe was within walking distance.

The Perfect Place

This property was the perfect place for my mom, sister, and I to stay for a long weekend in Sante Fe. First, it is beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. The artwork, tile work, color scheme, and furnishings are unique, tasteful, and calming. We loved the private patio, especially in the morning for coffee and evening for conversation. Very thoughtful amenities including a well-stocked kitchen, coffee and creamer, condiments in the refrigerator, and toiletries. Outside, feeders buzz with birds and hummingbirds. And the location can't be beat! Just a short walk from the plaza. Safe and secure. The communication was fabulous along with prompt, personalized recommendations for dining, etc. We will definitely stay again when in Sante Fe!

This is perfect size for 2-4 guest(we had 3). The neighborhood was quiet and it’s close to the Plaza and the Rail Yard. The wood burning fireplace was a definite plus on cool fall evenings.

Fantastic spot

We visited with two small kids and two adults and had a great stay. Rooms are large and comfortable, and they get dark enough for kids to nap well in the afternoon. Walkable, parking, clean and very nice. Would definitely stay again. Also had quick and helpful communication with host.

We stayed at this perfect property for my sisters 50th birthday. All 4 of us wish we owned this amazing home. It had all of the amenities you need, and it was charming and so comfortable. It was located close to everything and we were able to walk to downtown. We absolutely adored it and would stay there again and again.
