LIVING AREA

The home’s bright main living room welcomes you with abundant natural light, comfortable seating, hardwood floors, and a striking double-sided wood-burning fireplace that creates a cozy gathering place during cooler months. Southwestern artwork, handcrafted furnishings, and thoughtful décor give the space an authentic Santa Fe feel.



Downstairs offers a wet bar and additional gathering space offering even more room to relax, making it easy for larger groups to enjoy separate spaces. Watch a movie, gather for conversation, or let the kids have their own retreat while others unwind upstairs. With multiple seating areas throughout the home, everyone can find their own comfortable corner.



BED AND BATH

Five well-appointed bedrooms provide flexible accommodations for families and groups. The (4) private bedrooms feature king beds. The large kid’s bedroom has (2) queen beds, twin bunks, and a crib that’s perfect for children or additional guests. This home comfortably sleeps 12.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen combines modern convenience with colorful Southwestern style. Hand-painted Talavera tile, butcher block countertops, open shelving, and stainless steel appliances create a warm, welcoming space for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
