Great property. Clean and easy to access the he downtown Santa Fe area. Totally walkable. Lots of different options for food and drink at the hotel and plenty of little nooks and crannies to hang out. Breakfast was meh. Coffee was not great. I would suggest getting a few, nice, industrial sized cappuccino makers and some decent coffee for them. Other than that, our stay was great!

The staff was very nice and probably one of the nicest three star hotels I've stayed at. The only con I have with the property is that my room had very irregular noises throughout the night. A day nap was no problem but whether it be doors or the sound of water for some reason this hotel was louder than all the others late at night that I've stayed at. Really nice place though.

I liked the complimentary breakfast, dinner, and drinks! I liked the location. I would like a better knowledge of how to access transportation to the Mall and Canyon road. Overall, starying at the Drury was an excellent experience!

Quality of service is great! The hotel is close proximity to other amenities with excellent breakfast options. You many need to add more options to the dinner menu.

This was a decent hotel stay for our family, although the food and cleanliness have gone down a bit since our last visit. The dally breakfast and kickback were convenient, but the quality was lacking. The staff, however, were excellent and helpful. The property is located in walking distance of nearly everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was tasty, the happy hour was great and the location is ideal. We didn’t enjoy the hidden $26/ day parking fee that we were told was $20 upon arrival on top of a $50 authorization charge. The beds were too soft and bouncy. Pillows could be better.

From check in to check out, all was perfect. While I understand that we visited in the "off season" in Santa Fe, our room was exceptionally quiet ... no slamming doors, no service/staff noise. The happy hour food and drink was very nice, as was our breakfast. Management was very attentive. We will stay at the Drury Santa Fe in the future.
