Stunning, artistic accommodations…one of the most charming, cosy places we have ever stayed. We could walk everywhere. We are an older, active couple and especially appreciated the large walk-in shower with a seat and safety bar. Even the bathroom had lovely stained glass.A great kitchen, heated floors in the TV room. The fireplace in the bedroom is charming. A fine grocery store 2 blocks away…and a short walk to the Plaza. It’s perfect.
Overall, the property was charming and met our expectations. The only disappointment was traffic noises and very squeaky wood floors in the bedroom area that would wake either of us when the other got up during the night.
We parked our car and explored Santa Fe by foot for three days. This was a perfect location. Unit was lovely too. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and the living room . Kitchen was fully stocked but we only made simple breakfasts.
This is the gold standard. Everything about this place is perfection - it’s beautiful, comfortable, great location, and has everything you need. Can’t wait to stay again!
This was exactly what was needed! This property was just adorable! It has everything you will need to be comfortable. We were able to walk to all areas we wanted to visit. There is a nice neighborhood grocery on the corner. The patio was our favorite morning and evening spot to relax. You will love your stay.
My husband and I had a lovely stay in this very cute and cozy getaway. Excellent communication from the property manager. Spotless housekeeping. We were close to restaurants, shopping, galleries, etc. It was exactly as anticipated.
We were impressed by the property manager and communication! We loved our Casita. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more.
Your property consistently exceeds our expectations. The location is walking distance to all of the delicious restaurants and interesting shops. The casita is clean and inviting. We hope to return soon!
The place was very clean and well laid out. Great location. The only difficult part for me was parking my extended cab and extended bed F150. It worked but was a close call. Otherwise, we walked everywhere.
This casitas has it all- beautifully decorated, walkable to town, near a corner market, space to spread out. Parking a bit tricky if your vehicle is big but we had a sedan so no worries. Check in and out easy! The hosts left coffee and some treats which was very welcomed. Couldn’t find any faults with these accommodations and would recommend to friends.
Beautiful and comfortable casita near the plaza. We enjoyed walking there every day. We enjoyed the comfort and size of the property. We had a RV van so it was a little hard to park. Any normal size car would fit easily.
We certainly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Local area was very quiet. The decorating throughout is very thoughtful and fits the spaces well. It was just the right size for the two of us. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.
We were very tired for getting our house ready to sell, so we needed a quiet relaxing few days. The kiva fireplace was a huge bonus! It was a well located quiet property and the managers were terrific--quickly answered all our questions and brought us more wood! I highly recommend Casita Estevan.
It was perfect! Center of everything. We walked everywhere. Kitchen lovely, great little grocery store on the corner, great restaurants, spacious accommodations.
Everything was perfect in the casita for me and my husband! We stayed 5 nights. Super cute! Very clean! Nice kitchen! Thanks for the chips and salsa! We would stay here again! We loved the food trucks nearby! Great location!
My husband and enjoyed a wonderful little getaway to Santa Fe recently. Casa Arbolito was the PERFECT place for us - can't say enough about this magical little property! A very memorable stay in a cozy condo which is close to the central plaza and many other Santa Fe delights. We would also like to emphasize that the property management folks are very attentive and kind. They respond right away with great attention and care. We would definitely recommend renting this cute, stylish, very unique property.
Manager notified us early on of a plumbing issue that required moving us to another property Casa Encantador. Spectacular architecture, immaculate in cleanliness and all the comforts of a home. Highly recommend any of their properties.
The decor was lovely--so Southwest! The bed was comfortable, and everything we needed was available in the bathroom and kitchen. We appreciated the washer and dryer. The house was convenient to shops, food trucks, and especially a wonderful grocery market.
Parking was a bit tight, but we figured it out.
We met our hostess, and she was super friendly and accommodating.
The property was clean and comfortable, especially the mattresses! Welcome was sweet with chips and salsa. Check-in- flawless. Location was good. Had a grocery store and food trucks two blocks from casita. Overall, a nice place to land after a day of sightseeing.
We had an excellent experience staying at this quirky, unique, and comfortable condo. It was a short walk to the town square and very private with 8 units in the complex. The complex was very quiet and secure.
The driveway entrance, coming off a busy street is very tight. We were driving a pick up truck. Once in the driveway- turning around at the end and then driving into the designated parking space can be challenging depending on how the other occupants parked. Our parking space had a tree that we had to be very careful to avoid hittng with the door of the truck. FYI.
Would have appreciated a small clock in the bedroom. Advertised as a 5 star- but the sheets had small holes in them. Loved the type of laundry soap provided- in sheets- would have appreciated dryer sheets also.
Coffee and sugar was provided . Would have appreciated some coffee creamer.
Not used to communicating solely by texts with management company.
Fabulous stay in Santa Fe walking distance to galleries
The apartment is very beautiful, and has a Private Patio with a grill and umbrella. A fully equipped kitchen. Ideal location for walking around Santa Fe. The apartment is extraordinarily quiet due to the very thick walls.
Everything about the experience of staying at the property was rewarding.
We thought the interior and exterior design was inspired for the property.
We ate twice on the private patio. We used the kitchen a bit to have snacks the first night and second night. Although small, the kitchen table was big enough for two.
The lighting design was inspired. There are electric candles that can be turned off if they are too bright at night. The lights are well placed.
The shower is tall and has beautiful light during the day. There are two lead-lined stained glass windows in the bathroom. One to the outside behind the toilet and one between the bath and toilet.
The kitchen is well stocked. Look in all the closets and drawers and you will find what you need to cook.
There are lots of additional linens and towels available as well.
We use the washer and dryer, and we’re very happy with the hangers and closet space, in the laundry room.
I interacted with the staff on our last morning and they felt my suggestions were worthwhile.
Be aware that there are step downs and step ups throughout the space and the bedroom kitchen doorway has a 6 foot clearance.
Parking requires a three point turn to fit into the diagonal space.
We were able to fully enjoy Santa Fe without a car. Within walking distance to the plaza, food shopping, and great food trucks. The casita, parts of which are historic, was beautifully modified..and like living in a work of art. A fully equipped kitchen, comfy and charming living room. A beautiful walk-in shower with grab bars. This is the most charming place we have stayed.
