My Rental Homes - Villa Cave with private garden pool and air conditioning

Between land and sea the Villa Cave is a renewed finca, close to Santa Eulalia. Around 400 square meters this modern property is surrounded by terraces and stone walls with the typical Ibizan minimalist charm, in a 25,000 plot.

The Villa consists of 6 double bedrooms (convertible in twin beds) with bathroom, air conditioning is available in all the rooms.

There is a main body composed by a big living room who watch directly to the pool and the surrounding, a spacious dining room and a semi- open kitchen.
There are also 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower.

In the Pavillion area we find 2 bedrooms, en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
The property includes a covered veranda with dining room and a large swimming pool.

Rentals Rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday.
Security deposit: 5.000,00 €, it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Check-in: 16:00 h - Check out: 10:00 h

Children welcome
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam.
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval.
No safety fence around the pool
Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
