"The villa is tucked away in a quiet area that is very beautiful. The pool and outdoor area is lovely and we spent most of our time there. The interior could use some updating. Beds were comfortable. The gym is great. It would be helpful to alert guests they are responsible for taking all trash to bins on the highway about 2 km away from the villa, it was not clear to me that was necessary so we were scrambling to get the trash sorted at departure. "Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently"
