Discover your dream home in an exclusive Punta Blanca enclave! This stunning house is part of a private 4-home complex and boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy the large pool and inviting common areas, perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Host unforgettable barbecues in the BBQ area and take advantage of the garage accommodating two cars. Each bedroom is equipped with AC Split units, and the home features amenities including smart TVs and high-speed WiFi.

One of the most privileged beaches in the area, private and exclusive. Our house is part of a 4-house closed complex with a 24/7 guard. It offers large common (shared) areas including swimming pool and BBQ. Make great memories with your entire family and/or friends in a safe and controlled environment.

Public transportation runs frequently and its a 3 minute walk to the main road although private transportation is strongly recommended. We can point you in the right direction and get you in contact with private secure taxis or vans.
