"My stay exceeded my expectations. The ambiance says Galapagos. Natural, lovely comfy, intimate. The staff treated me like family. Nothing was too much to ask. Did i mention it's right on the cove so breakfast is with the sea lions, Galapagos marine iguanas, brightly colored crabs - you get the picture. Already planner my next stay."

"Lovely waterfront location to enjoy breakfast. The staff were welcoming and accomodating. You have to take a water taxi to and from the main pier of Santa Cruz which costs $1pp per way. The hotel area is quieter which is nice. Our room (Pelican) had issues when we flushed the toilet and used the tap the room would smell of sewage. There was also a lack of power outlets in the room. Food wise was very mediocre, breakfast was ok and dinner was average. The view is best thing about this hotel."

"Gorgeous! We stayed here for only one night at the end of our trip; the pool is really
luxurious
and there are also several soaking hot tubs. It's a short walk from the main 'downtown' street and restaurants, and just a few blocks away there are some 'off the beaten path' restaurants. The staff is very friendly and welcoming; we left too early to enjoy breakfast but they packed breakfast for us to-go. Wish we could have stayed another day or two to enjoy the pool and peacefulness of this place."

"This property is so unique in its design--like a Spanish villa. TIt is clean, bed comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was helpful and spoke enough English to communicate. The French/Spanish/English speaking young woman was outstanding.
