AMAZING SANTA CRUZ SWELL HOUSE

Short and simple it was a 5 star stay. You will not beat this price , close drive to board walk and a beach within walking distance. Host was very accommodating and communicated. The 2 bedroom was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Provided beach towels which helped and a place to rinse off down stairs to limit sand beingBrought in. Brand new feel it feels brand new, actually looks like the pictures. The rooms were a tiny bit warm but not bad fans are provided. Over all great stay, this specific unit is on the tops second floor which was nice. Also area felt safe
