Great location!
This cute, cozy bungalow is perfect! A well-stocked kitchen made it nice to eat in. We enjoyed being off the busy streets but yet were able to get where we wanted by walking. The hot tub was also a pleasure. Glad we were able to stay here for a week.

Lovely cottage
Well-appointed cottage that was easy to access and on a lovely quiet street. The kitchen had almost all the needed items. The yard was perfect for our pups. The bed and bath were clean and set up wonderfully with soft sheets, comfortable towels, and lovely decor. We will be back!

Cute & comfortable little house
Clean, convenient, comfy place. Only complaint is the very narrow driveway. I’d recommend parking in front of the house rather than trying to squeeze your car into the driveway. But you can’t always park in front because other cars park there too sometimes. Other than that, it’s a great little getaway in Santa Cruz, very close to the beach & harbor.

Great little place by the harbor
Cute & clean house, comfortable bed, nice gas fireplace, good little yard for a dog. And a hot tub! My only complaint would be the driveway. It’s really narrow & hard to maneuver into. There are 2 posts about halfway down the length of it, on the right. Watch out for them! Unfortunately I got too close & my car got scraped. I didn’t have anyone in the passenger side of my car; if I had, they could have warned me I was getting too close (but then of course, they wouldn’t have been able to exit the car on that side, it’s so tight!) I gave 4 stars for the overall rating because of this. There is parking in front of the house, which I would recommend instead of the driveway! Otherwise, it’s an awesome, very comfortable place!

This was.a nice small cottage to stay at. Unfortunately we had on the first day of 3 days due to an evacuation notice given by the county. We asked if we could change the dates and use it another time and we were told no. We did not ask for a refund. We thought it might be reasonable due to the circumstances.

Delightful cottage!
A super-cute cottage in a great location. Stayed there a month to work, explore, and relax, and this property was perfect. Clean, comfortable, simple. Owners/managers were very responsive. Note that the wifi was fast (300MB) and very reliable, great for remote working.

Wonderful little house close to everything in Santa Cruz
We had a wonderful few days staying at this property. It was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. Loved all of the great places nearby. We will definitely consider staying again when visiting Santa Cruz.

Great little beach house!
The property managers were fantastic and very helpful when we had questions. Our only complaint was we didn’t realize how small the street and parking area would be. It’s a very tight fit and we wished we would have brought our smaller vehicle instead of the truck. We had a hard time parking especially with the neighbors parking in front of the house. This is not the owners fault, just be aware :)

Great Location!
Stayed here for a long weekend getaway. Property is close to everything and has a great kitchen and BBQ area if you want to stay in. Quiet neighborhood and a fenced in yard made it perfect for us and our dog. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

This property is cozy and cute. The mattresses are comfortable. I would say that three adults is the max because the couch bed isn’t a queen size. Fun for two kids. Not cheap, but it’s Santa Cruz and everything is pricey, I gather. Matthew

Great property and location
Enjoyed the property as our home base to visit the sites. We didn’t spend that much time at the home but we found it to be perfect for what we were looking for. The nights were fairly cool and enjoyed the hot tub (which was clean). Quiet location with lots to do within walking distance for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location. Quintessential California stay!
House in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Inviting yard with table in the sun, hot tub under a leafy eucalyptus. Well equipped and cared about. We’d come back! Incredibly relaxing and peaceful.

Overall we had a great stay! Walking distance to beach was nice, good amount of outdoor space and enjoyed the hot tub. Wish the only way to the bathroom wasn’t through the master bedroom. Parking was VERY tight. My husband is slender and could barely get out of the car when parked in the driveway. We drive a Tahoe. The rest of us had to get out before he pulled in. Rules/check out process sent to us versus what was posted in the house were a bit inconsistent so we just make our best assumptions.

Amazing Location! Super cute place
We stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday. It is within walking distance to twin Lakes Beach a ton of restaurants and an amazing coffee shop. It was a perfect getaway location. Checking in and out Could not have been easier. The hammock in the front yard and the hot tub in the back made an already super cute place that much better. The only suggestion would be a new bed in the bedroom. Other than that this place was incredible. We will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this small cottage. It was perfect for 2 people and our dog. It was very clean. Great location. The bed mattress is on the soft side and rolls towards to the middle. A new mattress would be our only recommendation. We would rent again.

Relaxing and Cozy Cottage Getaway
This cozy little cottage offers a great little spot to get away from the hustle of busy life. The hot tub is a plus, don't forget to take a nap in the hammock! We loved our stay and enjoyed walking to the beach.

Great little cottage. easy walk to restaurants and the ocean. No traffic noise here at all which was great. I wish there was just one knife for food prep, but we made do. I highly recommend against Johnny's Harborside which was the closest restaurant. Service was great, but food was so strange. Clam chowder was sour!. Thanks for an overall great getaway.

Cozy home was just what we needed for a getaway to the beach during the pandemic. Plenty of space for two plus our small dogs. The photos show a desk in the bedroom that wasn’t present but otherwise the home was as we expected.

Friendly people. Not short walk for someone older.
Needs coffeepot that works, filters, & new mattress on fold out bed. Dishes were not clean. Long city blocks to beach for someone who is older and who can't walk far. We love to walk. Long walk but fun.

Great New Year's Beach Vacation!
I had a great time taking a beach vacation break with my dog! I stayed here over New Year's to visit family in the area. The cottage is really homey and clean and walking distance access to the Yacht Harbor, Twin Lakes Beach, the Cove, and Seabright Beach. I loved the very dog proof yard, the hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful large tree! Even in winter, nice sunny, peaceful, place to stay! The neighborhood was quiet which was a plus for me, since I was escaping the fireworks for my dog.
