Welcome to Coastal Garden Apartment by Atlantic Holiday, a comfortable apartment located in Caniço, Madeira Island, offering a practical and welcoming space for couples, families or friends looking to enjoy the island at their own pace.



With capacity for up to 4 guests, the apartment features a cosy bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate two additional guests. The bathroom includes a bathtub, providing extra comfort after a day spent exploring Madeira.



The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and cooking utensils. The apartment also includes a small balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor corner to enjoy a quiet moment during the day.



For added convenience, guests have access to Smart TV with box, Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, lift access and a private parking space located in the building’s garage. A baby cot and high chair are also available for families travelling with young children.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay, allowing you to travel lighter and settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.



Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning, offering flexibility for late arrivals.



Please note that smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
