  • This house is suitable for a nice get away vacation with family, spacious 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, remote car garage and remote gate. Large eat-in kitchen with stove and fridge. Separate dining area with furniture. Large living room furniture with TV for relaxation.
    Beautiful view of the Santa Cruz mountain, YS Falls is 15 minutes away, Black River Safari, Appleton Estate, Floyd's Pelican Bar and the beautiful 7 mile beach in Negril is only 1 hour away, and Jamaica Zoo is 15 minutes drive. Santa Cruz town area is only 5 minutes away for all your shopping needs. Come to the rural St Elizabeth, and vacation in a comfortable surrounding of an upper class neighborhood. This house is in a residential , quiet upscale area.

We arrived at 0:1 00, on entering the property we observed that the entire house was unclean. We had to clean these area before unpacking kitchen tops, microwave,tables and chairs,dressing table and bathroom. Toilet bowl was clean but not the seat.The bath which is metal must be the original this shows in the corrosion at the end opposite the faucets hazard to health. Water pressure was a trickle at most times. Internally was unbearable hot as if solar panels were the roofing material obviously this made the house uncomfortable. There was aircon in our bedroom that helped to alleviate the situation. Washing machine could not be used as not being plumbed.The back yard could not be accessed due to blocked drain i had to unblock.
