Valencia Vacation Apartment with Sea Views, Private Pool, and Wi-Fi

Enjoy a 100 m² apartment with 300 m² of garden at the base of a four-story house, where your host lives but ensures your privacy. Overlooking the Atlantic, this holiday home in Santa Cruz de Tenerife offers you stunning panoramic views. Relax in the chill-out lounge with a 50-inch TV, digital platforms, international channels, and high-quality sound. Two sofas for 3-4 people and two large, comfortable armchairs invite you to unwind. The garden features a dining table for eight.



Next to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Barbecue use is available on request. If you need any extra items, the team is happy to assist. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fan, gym equipment, and a baby cot. Please note there is no air conditioning.



The apartment has a garden-level bedroom with a small bathroom and shower. Downstairs, separated by stairs, is a larger bedroom with a bed, sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower.



House rules: No parties, loud noise, or music after 10 pm. No diving into the pool, topless sunbathing, or nudism. Free street parking is available in a quiet, low-traffic area.
