"This was our second visit to Santa Cruz and our second stay in the hotel. Came with two babies under two years. Stayed in a garden view suite. It was an excellent room. Service was great in the bar and the staff are all excellent. Convenient car park connected to hotel and wonderful location for the attractions of Santa Cruz. Will be back again from Edinburgh. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious, clean and modern. It has usb chargers, chromecast and enough plug sockets. Rooftop bar and swimming pool was very convenient and can see views across Tenerife. Considering it was a very central location, noise was almost non existent, windows were clearly new and soundproofing installed very well. Showers were hot, quick and powerful. "Good 3 star hotel in a great location. Quick and friendly check in. Decent size room with a good shower, small square balcony overlooking plaza but no furniture and not big enough to sit on. Bed quite firm for me but this is personal taste."

"A cheap hotel very near the city centre. The room was simple, but clean, a basic bathroom, nice towels and a small fridge. The furniture was old but OK (advantages) On the other hand, I stayed on 4th floor with no air conditioning, it was terribly hot that I couldn't sleep. There was much noise from the street until late at night and I could also hear sounds from other rooms (TV, coughing etc.). The fridge is near the bed and you hear it as well. "One night stay. Well located, about 15min from main bus station, and just around the corner of the main shopping area in SC. Very basic and clean room, espacious bathroom, excellent wi-fi connection. Breakfast served in the the hotel across the street with very good service. Good value for money with this hotel for sure."

"Modern and clean hotel, with a nice vibe and generous sized rooms. Our luggage was lost and the lady at reception loaned us adapters so we could charge our phones which was appreciated- all the staff were friendly there. Location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, bars and great restaurants nearby, as well as transport links. The picturesque little park around the corner was also useful in helping us know what to aim for at the end of the day!"
