We had a great stay. We stayed for 14 days and enjoyed each one. The house is spacious and tasteful furnished, we loved all the green plants. The house is equipped with all the necessities, there are even cooler bags for trips.
The garage is really helpful as the parking spots on the street are quickly filled, especially at the weekends.
Only the working area in the kitchen is a bit small, but still large enough to cook for 2–3 people.
We definitely recommend this house and would book it again.
A beautiful apartment just 3 minutes from the water.
I've stayed in several apartments in San Andres and I have to say this was the nicest of all so far. It's huge and pretty cool. The landlord is very nice and answers almost immediately if you have any questions. It is good for groups of friends but also for a couple vacation. It's just 3 minutes to the water and 10 minutes to the beach.
I can recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for a large and beautiful apartment for a slightly smaller budget.
We had a very nice time in this very agreable house. San Andres is a very good place to stay, not to far from Santa Cruz and close to the Anaga region, perfect for hiking. We really loved the beach as well. We recommend!
Excellent location and easy communication with our host. The apartment was clean and very spacious and benefitted from off street parking. Excellent restaurants and supermarket facilities in very easy walking distance as was Las Teresitas beach.

Really enjoyable stay - great place
We spent a week in Jose's house. It was great, and a very pleasant and enjoyable stay was had by one and all. The best recommendation we can make about any place is to answer the question: "would you go back there?". Absolutely, and we look forward to doing so.
This was my second stay at this property and, once again, it did not disappoint. This house is amazing! It's very modern and unique with an incredible private rooftop patio. It's minutes from beautiful Las Teresitas beach in the village of San Andres. Public transportatioin is also easy to access, so you can explore all the wonders of Tenerife. I will definitely be back again!
El anfitrión es encantador y la casa muy bonita y bien decorada . Con detalles que se agradecen como jabón d manos, toallas para la playa. También nos dejó un late check out por la tarde ya que nuestro avión salía a las 21. A 5 mn de la playa el supermercado. AlLado de Tenerife con autobuses continuos si no se dispone de coche . El único inconveniente es que no dispone de aire acondicionado y nos pilló una ola de calor por lo que la casa estaba muy caliente pero está pensando en instalar el aire con este cambio climatico… lo hemos pasado muy bien y ha funcionado para una vacación familiar con edades desde los 90 hasta los 20.
die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall sehr räumlich, modern ausgestattet und bietet alles an was man für die Unterkunft braucht. Zum Strand war ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß oder kann man auch mit dem Auto gut hinkommen.
Wir waren das zweite mal hier und wie auch 2019 war es wieder total schön! Jose Manuel ist einfach super nett und antwortet immer sofort. Wir lieben das Haus und San Andrés und kommen auch sehr gern ein drittes mal wieder!!!
Das Haus ist großzügig und außergewöhnlich gestaltet. Es gibt einen Innengarten und eine schöne Dachterasse.
Zwei Schlafbereiche mit Bädern, Küche und Eßbereich sowie ein schönes Wohnzimmer runden das Angebot ab. Jose Manuel ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir konnten auch die Garage nutzen, das Parken ist ansonsten nicht so einfach.Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße, uns hat es nicht gestört. Zum wunderschönen Strand sind es 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind im Nahbereich und die Restaurants haben gute Qualität. San Andres zeigt ein homogenes Stadtbild. Für uns zum wandern und baden war es ideal. Gern wieder!
Dieses Haus hat einfach alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr interessant eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Dachterrasse hat immer Schatten, so dass man sich jederzeit darauf aufhalten kann. Schön wären hier noch zwei Liegestühle zum relaxen. (Die eine vor Ort war leider kaputt)
Der Vermieter war zwar nicht vor Ort, aber jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir wurden von einer Vertretung herzlich empfangen.
Für uns war das Haus der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen im Anagagebirge und auch zum Schwimmen.
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
Noch schöner wäre das Haus mit sauberen Fenstern!
haben wir wieder verlebt. Das Haus bot wie immer alles was man so braucht für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und nun ist auch die Garage nutzbar. Da wir für die gesamte Zeit einen Mietwagen hatten und Parkplätze absolute Mangelware in San Andres sind, wussten wir dies sehr zu schätzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wie immer sehr angenehm.
Ein sehr Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, die Wohnung ist in Strandnähe und in San Andres findet man Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Die Garage war sehr vorteilhaft

Für Andere vielleicht nicht wichtig aber für uns schon
Das Haus ist sehr originell im Design mit einer schönen Dachterrasse. Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus, welches auf zwei Seiten keine Fenster zulässt. Die grossen Frontfenster grenzen an die Hauptstrasse, welche ins Anagagebirge führen und in das Dorf San Andres, deshalb auch keine Option diese offen zu halten. Da es auf Teneriffa immer angenehm warm ist, sind diese entsprechend isoliert. Die einzige Möglichkeit die Fenster zu öffnen ist das Atrium, welches wunderschön auf der zweiten Etage liegt und eine grosse Schiebetüre hat zum Oeffnen. Das wäre auch echt supergewesen, wenn die Luft nicht mit Abgasen durchmischt gewesen wäre. Leider haben wir durch den reichlichen Verkehr keine Ruhe gefunden.
Wir würden uns wünschen, der genaue Standort eines Objekts wäre schon bei der Buchung ersichtlich, dann hätten wir uns und dem Vermieter diese Bewertung ersparen können, den der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

The accommodation is stylish yet comfortable with the benefit of a garage and just a few yards to authentic Spanish restaurants and bars.
The beach is really close and so clean and safe with wonderful beach bars that serve the most delicious lunches and Mohitos.
We have felt totally rested and have had the most perfect holiday. Can’t wait to return
Beautiful flat in a good location with a private garage, which is a big plus. Moving around on three floors is good for one’s condition. It’s worth climbing the stairs to the private rooftop.

There are many restaurants close by. They compensate for the only minus point: the small, even though well equipped, kitchen area. The furniture and some equipment are old and in need of repair/ replacement.
All in all a pleasant place to stay for a week or two to explore this part of Tenerife.
Loved this house in San Andrés - architect style so felt special. Plenty of restaurants close by but also easy to get the bus into Santa Cruz. Ideal for exploring the Anaga region - beautiful area for drinking in the views or doing more adventurous hikes.
