The property is a traditional island home. Very cozy located in a quiet village on the north east side of the island. Our host was amazing and went above and beyond what was required to ensure our every need was met.

Casa Vicente exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Susana the host was very sweet and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. She provided a lot of information about Flores Island, such as restaurants and tour suggestions. Loved the big bathroom, the shower was great. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. There is a private patio area that was nice to relax and take in the view. Appreciated having the dedicated driveway to park on, and very convenient to have the washing machine right in the kitchen area, with a line outside to dry the clothes. Thank You Susana! We highly recommend to stay here, and enjoyed our time spent on Flores Island.

Beautiful spot in progress for even better

The location was fantastic for visiting the island. The host did the extra little touches like shaping the towels into a heart on the bed with silk rose petals. We were nervous upon arrival because we had not heard from host or received specific instructions and so weren't sure how we would get in or get a key. It turned out to be super easy as on this quaint little island the host just had the key sitting in a little dish on the counter with a welcome not, clearly visible on the other side of the front door that was unlocked and waiting for us. Both bathrooms were beautiful and clean and I had the feeling of recently being redone and updated. Mosquitoes exist on the island so screens on the windows would be a help as the air does not move inside with the windows and doors open. We did not stay long enough to actually do any cooking but if not newlt renovated all the amenities of stove, oven and cookware were all provided. The refrigerator even had optional drinks in it like a mini bar. We had to look up the recycling color code system to be able to use the receptacles but all of them were there and provided in the kitchen. We had a little trouble finding any checkout instructions left recycling & just put all of our actual garbage in a trash bag tied it up ready by the door. There are building materials out back and I would love to see this property once the last of the renovations are done, I think the place will be even more incredible. I recommend this as a stay.

Average stay. Did not meet expectations.

Location was in the middle of Cedros which is on the edge of Santa Cruz. It is located in one of the highest points on the island making it a treacherous place to travel to. The property was mid-construction and didn’t have the external property maintained. The gardens/grounds were overgrown and not manicured. The beds were very uncomfortable and inside of the house held aloft of moisture causing our things to stay damp. The bathrooms on the other hand were amazing. The walk in shower could hold a whole family. There were two toilets which made it very helpful with a family of five. The two extra bedrooms were originally closed off but needed to be used due to visitors. We ended up having paying a lot more money at the end that we weren’t expecting which made it a bit pricey.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt von der Vermieterin. Bei Fragen konnten wir sie stets fragen und bekamen geholfen. Das Bad war sehr schick und groß, der Rest der Wohnung war schon etwas älter. Die Wohnung wirkt Recht dunkel, da ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster, ein Schlafzimmer nur ein kleines Richtung Garage hat und 1 Schlafzimmer direkt das Fenster zur Straße hat, sodass man hier den Fensterladen lieber zu ließ. Die Beschreibung passte nicht mehr ganz, da es kein Wohnzimmer gibt und die Wohnung keine 200 m2 groß ist. Wahrscheinlich ist das zu Gunsten der im Ausbau befindlichen 2. Ferienwohnung abhanden gekommen.Insgesamt haben wir aber eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht.
