La comida del restaurant del hotel—el Bi Nisa—es muy buena. Es una mezcla de proteínas a la carta con buffet de acompañamientos. Ofrecen rib eye, filetes, salmon, pulpo, camarones, etc. A la hora del desayuno el sistema es similar y también de buena calidad. La variedad de la comida del club de playa no es la mejor pero tiene calidad aceptable. Tiene 2 albercas grandes y cómodas. El club de playa es muy bonito y tiene una vista impresionante. La playa es una piscina natural en la bahía de Santa Cruz dónde todos pueden nadar. Mi habitación fue una Master Suite en el último piso. Estuvo excepcional. Alberca privada y una vista que difícilmente encuentras en otro lugar y menos a ese precio. La amamos. El sofá cama nonfue muy cómodo. Finalmente, el servicio es incomparable. Todos te tratan como a gente importante y no somos extranjeros. Los del bar te preparan bebidas con licor de buena calidad y con boita presentación. Los meseros dan su mejor servicio y la gente del concierge y de limpieza son grandiosos. Los que más sobresalieron fueron los de recepción. No recuerdo sus nombres pero el chico de la mañana y la chica de la tarde de verdad dan el extra. Nos encantó. "

"Awesome communication. There was a hurricane when we stayed and property manager kept checking with us to make sure we were both okay, sent emergency numbers and made sure we had someone else in the building when we were there should anything arise. Everything you would need in kitchen and we did eat in most of the time as my daughter struggles with gluten and dairy. Washer and dryer worked well. View absolutely gorgeous. Space really nice. Close to anything you could want or need. The stay was perfect "

"I’m loved the style of the outside but the inside needs a lot of work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. However, the balcony and view is incredible. There really ISNT a restaurant. They have a room service menu. The day we wanted breakfast they said they weren’t serving breakfast. That night we ordered pizza which they actually order from somewhere else and don’t make it there. It was AWFUL and BURNT. We ordered it at 740pm and it arrived burnt at 10pm. The location is good. A few walkable options but be prepared to walk a bit up and down a hill."
