"A beautiful traditional hotel with amazing views and great service and in a fantastic location. The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony 💕"

"Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. "The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney for a facial or massage. We will be going back!"

"A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."

"The cleanest place we have ever stayed at and with such beautiful views! Like with most places, laundry and washing were not free but Linda was very nice to fold and wash ours, just make sure you tell them in advance. A little bit of a drive from popular hikes such as Tre Cime but there’s not a shortage of scenery anywhere."
