"Our stay of 2 nights was excellent. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. We arrived early and they were accommodating to hold our luggages while we explored the area. The hotel is located at the heart of downtown a minute away from the famous colorful Madeira sign. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This is such a unique beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. We used the private transfer service from and to the airport which we organised through the hotel and it really did make for a stress free arrival. We were checked in early, we had an annex room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely with good variety of food. The location is fabulous allowing us to walk to great restaurants and bars and all the sites. We recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were always excellent. We particularly enjoyed visiting the rooftop (terrace) bar, especially during its "happy hour"! Mixed feelings about our room. Although undoubtedly stylish, it was surprisingly dark and we thoroughly disliked the needlessly complex lighting controls. We would also have preferred a more complete separation of "private" facilities (toilet and shower) from the other living quarters. "

"We stayed for our honeymoon in Madeira and loved it! The spa amenities, daily breakfast buffet and of course the views were incredible. We rented a car from the front desk and that process was SO easy and seamless. Parking was free and easy. This was the perfect spot for us to easily get on the highways and explore the island of Madeira each day. My husband and I are truly so pleased"

"A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. Our room was very large with a terrific shower. I loved their optional pillow selection as well. The cleaning staff folded our clothes too daily. A nice touch. There are plenty of great restaurants close to the hotel, all reasonably priced and served up good food options. Overall I’d recommend this facility. "
