"Good complimentary breakfast with a selection of tasty eggs, cheeses, and bread options and 3 different juices everyday. Rooms were mostly quiet and soundproof, and room service did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. Two pools, one heated indoor pool, one outdoor infinity pool with great views into the ocean that lines the back of the hotel complex. No jaccuzi/hot tub but there is a dry sauna and a steam room. Overall loved the hotel and service was very professional and friendly from the staff. "

"Staff at checking was very helpful and nice. All was good, hotel is old, but nice, especially the common areas. The rooftop pool is fun to try. Breakfast was a bit off - we went down at 9am and several options finished, you needed to request for refill which is awkward. Enjoyed the stay overall (spent only 1 night). "

"We had a great stay at the Monaco suites. The apartment is very nice, clean and has all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. We were able to check in earlier as the appliances was ready. It’s close to the airport but also close to city centre. We would stay there again if visiting the Azores."
