"We had a wonderful stay at this casa. Very comfortable, safe, clean, with lovely views from the terrace above, and perfect hospitality and responsiveness from staff. The location also can't be beat. LGBTQ travellers will appreciate the walking distance to El Mejunje, a great venue of and for Santa Clara's vibrant queer community. Beautiful city, beautiful guesthouse - mil gracias!"

"This casa is well located at walking distance from the main city plaza (Santa Clara is a quiet small place, actually). The owner is a charming person, helpful and efficient. The rooms are wonderfully arranged around a magnificent atrium full of local trees and plants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. This place rocks!"

"The hostal has two wonderful gardens, one which is used for breakfast. It was an ideal place to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds. The airconditioning ih the room worked well so we were quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful, even making us sandwiches to take when we left. Breakfast was good with lots of fruits and juice."

"The people at Hostal D Cordero are lovely. We arrived with a locked case, with the key inside, so could not open our case. No problem. The owner/manager sorted the problem for us whilst we were given a cold glass of juice to drink, whilst we relaxed. The Hostal is like a little oasis. It has a beautiful little garden and fountain at its centre. The rooms are airy and elegant. We had dinner there and it was lovely, and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent too.
