It is centrally located to many excursions you will want to enjoy in St. George such as Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow and Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Across the street is Sand Hollow Aquatic Center which includes a diving pool, a rock climbing wall, a zero depth entry leisure pool featuring a water slide and lots of interactive water toys for kids. Reasonable day passes can be purchased at residential rates.
Our place is -walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant, Domino’s pizza, a coffee shop and convenience stores -1 minute drive or walking distance to a skate park, BMX bike park , and snake hollow bike park -2 minute drive to grocery stores and many restaurants including Pizza Factory and Bear Paw Café -2 min drive to city park with sand volleyball courts, and Snow Canyon high school Less than 10 minute drive to beautiful ATV trails -11 minute drive to Snow canyon state park - 12 minute drive to Tuachan - 20 minute drive to gunlock falls

The townhome is very centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores, and sand hollow aquatic center which is fun for the whole family. This townhome was perfect for our family while we visited St. George. Great location, facilities and price. Very clean and quick to respond to any issues.
This was a wonderful place to stay with my kids. It was clean, spacious and was really well stocked. We had plenty of sleeping space for my 7 kids as well as swim towels, swim toys and even games and scooters. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was organized and we felt at home while we were here.
It was a spacious, clean, perfectly located townhouse with large rooms and comfortable amenities. There is plenty of parking, comfortable beds, A/C, and a stocked kitchen. Highly recommended.
Family reunion for thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked and even has flour, sugar and sauces around. Very clean unit and everything was in good condition.
We enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom townhome. It’s clean and nicely decorated. There was some construction going on across the street that was a little loud (especially at 6:30 am!) but other than that it was great! Would stay there again.
Great spot for the Ironman race. Able to just walk across street to use the Sand Hallow aquatic center. Only about 10 minute drive to Ironman village and shuttles. House had everything I needed.
This place was perfect for us. Enough beds for everyone. We found it very clean, looks like new. We loved the pool, which was close by and had so many places close to us that we utilized. We used the city park a couple blocks away, places in St. George and nearby to eat at. And we visited a national park about 15-20 minutes away. We would love to stay here again.
We had a group of 5 family members arriving from 3 different directions. Driveway and street parking accommodated our needs. The living area was clean and open. The bedrooms and extra twin mattress were perfect for our group.
This home was wonderful! The cleanliness and location were perfect for us. We loved being so close to the bike trails. Cooking in the fully stocked kitchen was a breeze. Being baby boomers, we were blown away by the record player and really enjoyed listening to some old Earth, Wind and Fire and Chicago albums...what a treat! Thanks, Don...we'll be back.
We came in from LV for a weekend golf tournament. Home was in great condition, clean, and everything mentioned was fulfilled. There was an issue with the couch from a prior tenant. The owner called me prior to arrival to apologize and it was not a big deal. Definitely recommended.
We had a nice time here. Everything was clean and in good working order. We used the pool which was clean and a good temperature. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need. The location is convenient and there is easy access to all of the St George stuff that you would be interested in.
There is a low amount of road noise in the master bedroom but each room has a white noise machine. I slept great.
I didn't hear a peep from any of the neighbors.
Overall it was ideal for our needs.
Property is relatively new and has all the needed comforts. Photos are current and reflect actual conditions.
Don't you all hate it when property ad show photos from decades ago and you arrive to find old and worn out. lots of places in St George area are like that. This is not that. Thank you for honest portrayal.
