  • GREAT LOCATION! Town Home at Entrada Lava Falls Gated Community with community Pool and Hot Tub! Family Friendly. 2 car garage and setup for entertaining families and friends up to 10. Spread out in this stunning 3 bedroom / 3 bath home featuring a King Master, main floor room & bunk room! Home has all THE comforts one would expect in a vacation home. Excellent views of surrounding Red Rock. Near trails, Snow Canyon, baseball/softball/soccer fields, golf courses, Tuacahn, and Zions.
    The space
    Quiet, comfortable, and cozy. Ability to relax and have all the amenities you would expect. You will have the place all to yourself.
    Guest access
    Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception of 2 locked hall closets.

    There is a 2-car garage and private entrance into home.

    NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

    Shared pool and hot tub. Hot tub heated year round. Pool heated & available: Presidents Day weekend thru Nov 1st
    Other things to note
    We treat our guests like family, and this family loves adventure! We love Southern Utah and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do.

    --> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.

    Entrada Lava Falls community is not be be confused with Entrada of Snow Canyon Golf Club or the Entrada Inn Resort. Entrada Golf Course is an exclusive membership only golf course. Entrada Lava Falls community doesn't have access to their amenities nor the Entrada Golf Course as it is an exclusive member only course.

    Entrada Lava Falls amenities include the private pool and hot tub within our small community of only 20 homes.
