Amazing location and beautiful
I walked the lava trail, the Desert Arboretum and took a walk down the trail to Harmons. Beautiful environment, peaceful and a great place to meditate and get in touch with nature. I felt like it was my home because I felt safe and comfortable. If I could I would purchase the property. My family felt the same, having dinner every night and taking a nice stroll around the neighborhood. My golden doodle enjoyed it too. Can’t wait to return !! I have wonderful memories of my place.

Lovely Condo

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay! The home and furnishings seemed to have been updated and were nicely done. The beds were very comfortable, and we had most of what we needed. I felt like a few more kitchen items would have been nice- there were no measuring cups, and the pepper was gone so we had to buy some. Also the lounge chair in the living room was extremely wobbly so we didn’t dare sit on it for fear it would break. The location being right across from the pool and hot tub was great! We were glad we didn’t have to cross the busy main road like some of the other homes. However there was quite a bit of noise from being right next to the road that took some getting used to. Overall it was a great location for our stay.

Place is in a vacation community that has a pool and hot tub.Has a small grocery store just down the road that is awesome. Bike and walking trails are close. There is road noise but it didn't bother us. We will stay again.

Amazing unit and great location
This unit was so clean and felt very updated. Great gated area. I love this area because it doesn't feel as busy as St. George proper. Would definitely stay here again.

This Lava Falls patio home is in a great location. Convenient to downtown restaurants and Snow Canyon State Park. The gate code provided was incomplete and the home had not been cleaned. The cleaning company manager showed up later that evening and apologized for the mixup. They made the beds and cleaned the bedrooms. After the shaky start we really enjoyed our stay. The nearby heated pool and hot tub was a nice plus.

This property is really close to the Tuacahn and convenient drive to restaurants, downtown, golf and bike path. Super well kept and hosts were great. Would highly recommend.

This property is very well appointed in a very nice gated community! We were all very happy to be staying here, its very close to grocery shopping, some resteraunts, and even Tuacahn and also easy to get anywhere in St G.

A quiet place to stay while enjoying the area.
This was a perfect spot! The neighborhood was quiet, easy to get to. We were having a family reunion and they didnt allow dogs at all. So we found this spot and it was great knowing our dogs were safe and happy while we had dinner at our very large family reuinion. Plus we got to have our own spot to decompress. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a quiet place to enjoy the area. Owners were great to work with and quick to respond with any of our questions.

We chose this property because it is in an area which limits fireworks and we were trying to get our little dog away from the incessant fireworks that take place around July 4th where we live. The unit is very nice - nicer than the pictures show. Great location to get to stores and such. Very well appointed in a lovely little vacation development with a pool. Highly recommend for the greater St. George area. And most importantly, very well insulated for sound so very quiet - we only heard some fireworks in the distance on the 4th and our furry family member did great (he approves of this rental!).

Perfect Stay
First, the Property Owner contacted us well in advance to tell us the check in process. The check in was with Darren and he was beyond responsive and went out of his way for us. The place was extremely clean and all of the furnishing were well done and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances, pots and pans. The pool was just across the way and the community is very secure. I would definitely recommend it.

It was great! So enjoyable and comfortable. Loved being so close to the pool. The only thing I noticed while there was there was a dirty sock from the previous visitors left in the closet and we had to kill a few spiders, but it is spring. Lol. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Spectacular!
I travel frequently and often stay in VRBO properties - This property definitely ranks in my top 5. It's an amazing location and the property is incredibly well appointed (even better than the pictures and the write up of the property!) Our stay was so serene and we had everything we needed either in the property already or within a short drive to Harmon's for food supplies. Communication with the property manager was STELLAR. I highly recommend this property - I plan to return!

Perfect getaway
This place was awesome! It’s even better in person than the pictures show. Comfy beds, nicely furnished, and I loved the master shower. Most importantly, it met my nearly impossible standard of cleanliness. The host was responsive and kind, the location can’t be beat, and being able to have our small dog travel with us was a real plus. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Beautiful new home
We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Close to bike trails. Manager was very responsive to questions. Home had everything you could possible need. We’ll stocked kitchen. Only two negative things about this place: the listing advertises a community pool but it’s currentlly closed for repairs. We were really looking forward to the hot tub after chilly bike rides :(. The second thing is that it backs a major road and traffic was pretty loud in the morning to wake up to. Other than that, it was perfect!

One of the nicest VRBO's I've Stayed in.
I have stayed in multiple VRBO's over the years. This property is beyond nice. All of the finishes are high end making my stay here very enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and the property was laid out extremely well. This is a great place to stay in St. George. Centrally located in a gated community. If you are looking to stay in St. George this is the spot. Also......Dog friendly. Thanks Ryan.

Perfect desert getaway
We loved our stay. The home was super clean, had everything you could possibly need. The pool was a stones throw from the front door and our family was the only one enjoying it both days (90 degrees out). There is a beatiful, paved biking and hiking trail right outside the front door. We especially appreciated the owners understanding when we had to cancel due to COVID, and they kindly refunded us 2 out of 3 nights when we unfortunatley had to cancel very last minute. We would book there again.

Great Stay
My wife and I are investigating retirement residences as well as doing some golf, biking and hiking. Lava Falls was a perfect location for us to do so. Grocery store, restaurants, access to bike trails - all right there. The beautiful red hills were icing on the cake. Unit # 1 was very clean and the perfect size for us. Only downside is that the unit abuts Pioneer Parkway which is a busy road with a lot of construction off to the northwest. Ryan is a gracious host and Darrin was extremely responsive handling some minor glitches upon our arrival. Overall a very high rating.

Best place to stay in Saint George!
My Parents moved to Saint George 10 years ago to be near our Sister, who lived in Northern Utah. They ended up staying there, so i visit often from Santa Barbara, California. I sometimes stay at their home, and sometimes I try a hotel, and i have rented a few VRBO's, but without a doubt, Lava Falls is my favorite! The home is furnished with amazing style and function. The bedrooms are gorgeous and beds are super comfortable. The home can be completely private or open up to a lot of light and nature. The Kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything and more. The washing machine and dryers are convenient, work great, and lead to the garage, which is very spacious. The fireplace gives off incredible heat, and is aesthetically pleasing. The air conditioning and heating system works perfect and important for the extreme conditions of Saint George. Harmons is a few minutes driving and has to be the greatest market i have ever been to. The red mountains and interesting formations are fun to explore on a walk, and Snow Canyon is very near for hiking. The truth is, My Mother asked to Owner if she could buy the home from him; she's in love with Lava Falls; and i am too! ( no luck, He loves his home as well!!!!)Oh! i didn't mention the pool and jacuzzi is amazing; a great place to spend time outdoors and literally 20 seconds walking from the house. I am back home in Santa Barbara, and even though i live at the beach, I miss Lava Falls, the red earth and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Thanks Ryan for sharing your home!

The pictures on line do not do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised how much better the place looked and felt. The location was ideal for the Tuacahn Theater and the dining spots in St. George. Cleanliness was a little negligent….the floors weren’t well washed and the carpets were dirty, which were the only things we weren’t 100% happy with, but every thing else was GREAT.

Great Girls Weekend!
Perfect rental for a quick girls weekend to celebrate graduation. Great location to access the parks but close to good food. Comfortable beds and lots of fluffy towels. Pool is right across from the unit and we had it all to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.
