  • The View is located on the first floor of a villa nestled amid the greenery of a centuries-old pine forest, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center. The sea is just a three-minute drive or a short walk away.
    is located in a central part of Salento, from where you can easily reach the “Maldives of Salento,” Otranto, Castro, Gallipoli, and Lecce, as well as rocky coastlines and long stretches of beach.

    A quiet, cool, and spacious property. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and groups of friends.
    You’ll be charmed by the view, the large umbrella, the patio, the olive trees, and the colorful flowers.
    Pets are welcome. We ask that you not leave them locked inside all day, and if they are large, please let us know before booking.
    Upon request, our Salento-based chef can prepare traditional local dishes for you and organize tastings right here at the villa, so you don’t have to go anywhere; everything will be arranged so you can enjoy the unique flavors of our region in the utmost comfort!
    Due to the COVID-19 health emergency, we have decided to ensure thorough sanitization before each check-in.
    Sheets and towels are included in the price.

    Other notes:
    We strongly recommend that you have a car; we can help you rent one.
    After booking, we will ask you for identification documents, which must be provided in order to gain access to the villa.
    After booking, you will be sent a short-term rental agreement that you must sign upon check-in.
    For privacy reasons, we will provide the exact address of the villa via GPS location (via WhatsApp) only 2 hours before your agreed-upon arrival time.
    If, at the end of your stay, the trash has not been disposed of, you will be charged €50.00 for cleaning and disposal.
    Check-in and check-out will be handled by a member of our staff who will welcome you upon arrival and see you off upon departure. Please provide us with your exact arrival time so we can best organize your welcome.
    You will not be able to access the villa without prior notice and without specific arrangements made with us.

    Wunderschöne Aussicht

    Die Wohnung hat reichlich Platz sich wohl zu fühlen und die herrliche Aussicht zu genießen. Man ist weit genug von der Straße entfernt, sodass man sie kaum hört. Nur die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sind manchmal laut. Der Gastgeber war bemüht, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Störend fand ich nur, dass ich insistieren musste, die Adresse einen Tag vor unserer Ankunft zu erfahren und dass ich Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeiten sehr genau angeben sollte, was bei einer längeren Reise nich so leicht möglich ist. Aber wir haben dann einen guten Kompromiss gefunden.
