NINA'S HOUSE 1, 300 METERS FROM THE SEA

  • A brand-new, fully furnished 55 m² apartment, recently renovated. Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom equipped with a 120 x 70 cm shower, washing machine, bidet, and sink. Dining/living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed. Outside, you’ll find a 40 m² terrace for your exclusive use, furnished with sofas, a table, chairs, and a grill. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room and central heating. During the summer, we have an arrangement with Torre Sant’Antonio, a historic seaside resort with clear, clean waters and white sandy beaches. Above the beach is a huge green lawn shaded by trees and furnished with hammocks, lounge chairs, sunbeds, tables, and sofas, where you can cool off from the summer heat. All this is complemented by an on-site bar and restaurant.
