Country in the city

It must have been a fantastic place new. Now it’s fading away. The restaurant/office has a slate roof like you would see in Europe. Lots of trees. A little hard to find but worth it. Great staff everyone was very helpful and we were only passing through.

Tranquilidad y comodidad

El hotel tiene unos jardines muy bonitos, arbolados, se escuchan las aves y no te das cuenta que estás muy cerca de la carretera a Saltillo. Las instalaciones están muy cómodas y amplias, lástima que algunas están fuera de servicio por la pandemia. El acceso del estacionamiento a la habitación por el elevador está perfecto. El paisaje desde el balcón es pura vegetación, lo cual es genial y proporciona un ambiente muy relajado. Solamente al inicio el olor de la habitación era como de guardado o viejo, pero como mantuvimos el ventanal abierto casi todo el tiempo porque nos tocó un clima templado, se minimizó. El check in y el check out fue bastante ágil. El único problema es la llegado viniendo del centro de Monterrey, hay que dar vuelta en un retorno un poco complicado y el letrero del acceso al camino que va al hotel es muy pequeño. La relación costo-beneficio muy buena.

Room was extremely awkward. Something like a dorm room. Matress was thin and springy, literally. When we arrived it was very late and we were extremely tired and just went straight to sleep. Next morning we had lots of business to take care of and didn't get a chance to complain so again we slept on springy. Complained the following morning and mattress was changed for our 3rd night. Door security is nonexistent. No deadbolt and only a door chain affixed to the loose door trim. The headboard was not even secured to the bed or the wall and kept hitting our heads till I decided to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed.
