"Breath taking views absolutely loved my stay here ! Personal at the restaurant were phenomenal! Front desk girls weren’t to friendly! The skybar lady didn’t let me in. her response “shorts to short” very disappointing has to spend my money somewhere else. Other than that the hotel was great! "

"Staff was very good but installations, were not so in good conditions. First room had a very bad smell, not from the sink, but apparently from the ceiling. It was 4th floor and 5th floor was remodeling. Second room was ok but then at 5:30 am a noice was coming from the window, but realized was coming from floor above and a hole between ceiling and window was the one ‘filtering’ noises. Even a smoke smell was coming from there. Fortunately following night the hole was tapped and resolved. But still before 6am noises coming from above like a metal bucket appeared, not so loud but still enough to perceive them. Breakfast buffet was ok. The best is the hotel location, just across the street from Cintermex hall, very convenient. "

"The rooms are dirty, it is not comfortable. The hotel is well located and the buffet is excellent. "

"The staff and location were wonderful but the broken elevator, the rough, scratchy sheets and tub that didn’t drain made this a less than ideal stay. "
