Great stay in the mountains of El Salvador
This cabin in the mountains of Santa Leticia was beautiful. Cabin was surrounded by nature. Coffee was incredible. Staff was nice and friendly.

Limpieza
Habia estado en el Hotel como invitada a boda de sobrina . El lugar es precioso , me encanto la construcción hecha de troncos de todo el complejo , especialmente el Salon principal donde esta el Restaurante . Es bellísimo!
Mi comentario ca dirigido exclusivamente al baño de la habitación # 17 , las paredes del cuarto donde esta el sanitario están sucias , recomiendo que le apliquen una capa de pintura , ademas del basurero que necesita lavado .
No hay cosa mas desagradable que bañarse en una ducha donde es evidente que no habían hecho limpieza. El piso de la ducha esta sucio y la parte superior de la pared tenia tela arañas . Es importante que pongan atención a estos pequeños detalles.
Su hotel ha ganado mucho prestigio a través de los años por lo que es importante que la cuiden tomando en cuenta que hoy tienen mucha competencia en la zona

Great Friendly Service in a great location.
Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great had breakfast lunch and dinner during our stay. Location was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel . All staff a real asset as very friendly and helpful.

muy agradable, aunque la piscina debe ser clorada por la noche y no durante la tarde. Seria muy bueno que las parejas sin hijos puedan ser alojadas en un área diferente a los casos familiares.
