"Lake view is very good. Staff at the bar was nice and friendly except that during breakfast we were surprised to get charged for American Coffee instead of getting free refills. We paid for the Coffee but mere fact of the waiter didn’t tell us upfront. Everything else was good and we liked the experience there. Thank you. "

"Mixed feelings about this stay. The property and room are beautiful, but the experience felt disappointing for the price. We didn’t know the restaurant is closed on Mondays, which was difficult because the property is quite remote and we had delayed picking up our rental car, assuming we could dine there. The owner messaged beforehand asking if we’d like to eat dinner there, but when I asked to reserve a table I was told the restaurant would actually be closed that day and will only serve drinks for the night. He did offer to help arrange food or give us a ride, which I appreciated, but we ended up walking to the restaurant ourselves. When we returned around 8 pm the property was completely dark and the restaurant was closed and we ran out of drinking water at this point. For such a beautiful property, it would be nice if the outdoor area stayed accessible with lights or seating for guests in the evening. The room also lacked some basic amenities (no mini fridge, no drinking water, and all lights on one switch which made the room very bright at night). The curtains also didn’t fully cover the window, which affected privacy. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and the chef explaining the dishes was a lovely touch. But at checkout the staff inspected towels and blankets in front of us for stains, which felt unusual and uncomfortable. Overall, a lovely property but the guest experience could be improved."

"I didn't expect too much in this resort because El Salvador is not big on all inclusive resort compare to other countries. Check in process is not well organize, remember you cannot go inside the resort until few minutes before 3pm you have set in your car outside the resort. Check in process took about 30 minutes, we had 3 luggages nobody help us to bring in our room which is far from the main lobby. If you can't speak spanish you have a problem with communication, only few staff can speak english in this resort. The room we book for superior see view king bed which is the most expensive room and its located at tower 4. The view is perfect, facing the swimming pool and ocean whichnis fantastic. The room has mini fridge empty, they give you 1 big water bottle a day, 1 little shampoo, conditioner and 1 bar soap, we ask the cleaning lady for extras so they give us more. The room is very basic but is really big with 2 extra single bed. The balcony is also big. Overall we are happy about the room, the most important to me is the cleanliness. No kleenex in the room. The property is well maintained, its very beautiful compare to other resort that i been to. There are 2 big swimming pool plus the kids pool with the slides. The food in the restaurant is good enough for me. No coffe shop in this resort. You can go in the main lobby in the morning for coffee and some bread. The drinks is good enough for me as im not a big drinker. "
