La villa è esteticamente mantenuta bene. Gli interni sono curati. Le zone comuni affrescate. atmosfera particolare. Varietà di stanze per tutte le tasche. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale. La zona SPA presenta qualche incertezza. Dà l'impressione di aver bisogno di manutenzione.

Amazing location, good dinner in a terme-hotel.

Amazing calm location, nice hotel and facilities. Very nice wellness, pool, Kneip, whirlpool and fango. Excellent to start tour from here or from nearby locations - after a little driving. Wonder, what they needed to move furniture each morning exactly 7:00. WiFi was a little shaky. Although 24 hours reception was stated, in fact it is closed exactly 21:00. Dining outside and then return after closing risking to sleep outside or to be creative - the ring or the phone service is not responding. This was the only down-side.

Prezioso incontro con l'acqua e la terra.

Un soggiorno prezioso per il corpo e l'anima. Luogo di bellezza e di fascino. Una villa che parla di cura e ricerca del bello. Servizi dove l acqua è protagonista. Acqua, vapore, fango rigenerante, massaggi e quant'altro per il tuo benessere. Personale gentile e disponibile e il proprietario Entusiasta che desidera conoscere tutti i suoi ospiti per illustrare loro i successi ottenuti dalle "sue" terme nel corso degli anni. Io ero in compagnia di mia nipote sedicenne che se l è goduta alla grande. Ci torneremo . Ho scoperto che con la ricetta del medico di base si può accedere gratuitamente alle cure termali. È un tale regalo della natura che è bellissimo sapere che esiste.

Le cadre est vieillissant, les chambres sont également vieilles (peintures, sols, douche,...). La tv fait 27cm de diagonale. Wifi difficilement connectable. Le personnel fait au mieux. Cher payé pour la qualité affiché. La cadre est calme.

The hotel was amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the spa was luxurious! The only problem with this location was they were listed as "pet friendly". Judy showing a pet in the room doesn't qualify as pet friendly if the pet isn't allowed in any other portion of the hotel. If you travel with a pet it usually means you want the pet with you and not locked in the room all day. I suggest removing this locations "pet friendly" tag. This ruined my parents trip, they will not be returning to this location again. As long as you don't have pets this location is a true treasure and I highly suggest it.

Raramente ho trovato una pulizia dell'albergo e delle attrezzature a cosi alto livello.Personale gentile e disponibile,costi della spa bassi e ben spiegati e con tempi ampi ed osservati.Se avete una macchina grossa l' Accesso alla struttura non e' facile se si entra al primo segnale,ottimo al secondo ingresso 20 metri più avanti con parcheggio ampio) in fondo al paese(e' molto lungo e ben visibile sulla sin L'Albergo mentre a dx avete le Terme).Portatevi un po' di libri (li avevo) perché la visione della TV in valle non è ottimale(1-2-3 con problemi alla sera,mediaset buono,il resto spera in Dio) ma se volete riposare il silenzio è garantito in camere ampie e bagni superbi. WiFi funzionale.Telefonini ok.Il ristorante è molto curato. Hotel-Spa di sostanza e meno d'apparenza.L'ho consigliato con soddisfazione a parecchi miei conoscenti.Se volete riposare,curarvi ed essere coccolati è il posto adatto e per di più facile da raggiungere

Hotel Spa in the mountains.

Barely engl. Speaking stuff led to several unpleasant issues. Only one kind of ham, cheese with 6 different kind of bread for breakfast. Shower drainage insufficient, many small dyi repairs or remaining stains at sealing and floor. For special health of Italian Christians that's a good choice, I enjoyed the mudy water In combination with the steam bath. The walk through the yard is blocked with house and some trash bucket transport wire from Balkon of the switched off waterfalls. 4* ?

Tutto andato bene apparte che al momento del check-out nonostante io avessi pagato la camera in anticipo ( era un regalo per i miei genitori) ai miei è stato chiesto di pagare perché secondo l'hotel io avevo dato la carta solo per garanzia mentre a me erano stati addebitati tutti i soldi.alla fine i miei hanno pagato e dopo avermi contattato si sono rifatti dare indietro i soldi dopo aver insistito.

Le calme et la détente et les traitements requis

Je n'ai pas profité des possiblités de centre thermal et médicinal de l'hötel. Mais j'ai rayonné pendant 8 jours dans la région de Vercelli et le lac de Côme à l'Ouest à Vérone à l'Est. Pour faire du tourisme et de la photographie. L'hôtel permettait le soir de méditer calmement sur la journée passé dans un environnement très agréable et devant un repas digne de la réputation favorable de la cuisine italienne. Pour ceux qui doivent faire attention, également un buffet de salades très complet.
