"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. "The host is the best!! I was tired after a long day but the host was super helpful in all my questions and responded right away. There was parking for 10 euros which was great for us. The room was spacious and very cute. We also appreciated the espresso machine and the breakfast that came with it. Would definitely stay here again."

"We only stayed one night but I would say there is work to be done on the property given the price they charge. Breakfast was a coffee and a croissant and should be advertised as such. Staff is very friendly but the property is just not up to standards to charge that much. The view is lovely though."

"Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...
