Took a trip with family recently, staff were very helpful and polite, as requested before arrival my mum was given a ground floor room. Hotel was extremely clean and staff were excellent throughout the hotel We had three rooms one ground floor and two balcony/terrace rooms these were excellent due to the lovely weather and air conditioning was fantastic Excellent breakfast and lovely trip overall

The hotel was very central and a great location to get around. The best gelato place right out the door. The room was very basic and the mattress was super hard, not there for comfort more for the location. The room was nothing like the photos online. No black out curtains. Again more for the location than anything else.
