"My husband and I spent five wonderful days at Il Giardino del Rio and enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for short walks through Castel di Sangro, or for drives through the gorgeous Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo and its scenic towns. "We arrived early and David’s was so nice to meet up with us for check in early and immediately gave us an upgrade room with a wonderful view of the town and nearby mountains. Our room was spacious with natural light and a great balcony, the beds were comfortable. The location was accessible to both shopping and restaurants. I need to point out that both Davide and Enzo were such great host and really made us feel comfortable and welcome, such nice people! I wanted to let Enzo know we made it across the Bridge safely. "
