"Kristian, the host, greeted me warmly as I was walking up the alley. He quickly grabbed my bag (which was very heavy) and proceeded to walk me to my room. He then led me upstairs to their rooftop patio and pulled out a paper tourist map and showed me all the sights and transportation options. "We loved it so much here that we added an extra night. The staff was phenomenal and so very personable. The hotel is lovely, fresh and new and very clean. It was an easy location to take the train or bus around Naples. They provided parking as a cost. We highly recommend this hotel. We do plan to return!"
