"Absolute joke. Was told via email that they couldn’t accommodate us, so they booked us in to a chalet 5 miles away. The owners of the chalet were not expecting us, didn’t speak any English. Showed us our room, very basic, no heating, had to ask for glasses for a drink. Had a very long cold night. Will be contacting Expedia for a refund and compensation, got a long day today with not a lot of sleep. The worst night away of my life."

"We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great and are kept to a high standard, with amazing views through glass walls to the mountains. There is a free bus that leaves from a stop just close to chalet A that takes you to other ski lifts along...

"Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni piacevoli in una valle tutta da scoprire. L' alloggio è esattamente quello che si vede nelle foto. Il piano cottura è elettrico. Momentaneamente non funziona il servizio Wi-Fi ma il Sig.Mattalia (gentilissimo) ha detto che si stanno adoperando per provvedere al più presto. Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere."

"We chose this accommodation to use for a skiing holiday. The location and facilities were suitable for our needs and the local shop and restaurant are worth a visit. We are a family of four so there was ample space for the two teenagers to have their own sleeping areas. The WiFi is only available for two devices although I believe you could purchase more tokens.
