"Great staff, amazing shuttle, wonderful breakfast, said hot tub on listing but not available to use, pool was not ready yet either, great views. Bathtubs exceptionally small and can hear other guests easily through the wall. All said, we had a good time. "

"Friendly and very helpful staff. Newly renovated rooms. Minibar was stocked and free of charge with wonderful selection of water, drinks and snacks. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety. "

"First room we had was filled with mosquitos and small gnats. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated greatly which made showering incredibly tedious. Toilet did not flush. Water barely drained from the shower and sink. Air conditioning was locked out and staff told us that it was normal for this time of year. Temperature in the room overnight kept rising and getting more and more humid. Sleep was terrible. We requested a new room for the second night. Second night we moved down the hall. There were less bugs, but water pressure and temperature fluctuations were worse. Still no air conditioning. At least the toilet flushed. Both rooms did have a nice balcony, and the rooftop terrace access is also a decent addition. Lastly, the area the hotel is in is riddled with crime. Police and military are constantly posted in the areas right outside the hotel. Did not feel safe. Do not recommend."

"Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful. Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely. Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny. The location is also great - close to good restaurants and major sites easily accessible. There is a convenient taxi stand just next door. "

"Nice hotel in a beautiful setting outside of Sorrento. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room overlooking the pool and with the sea in the distance. Great breakfast included. There is a restaurant in the hotel but it is a very short walk (10 minutes) to a nearby hill town with a variety of restaurant options. Nice pool (although not heated). On-site parking was available."
