"Die Lage der Wohnung sowie ihre Aufteilung sind sehr gut. Und auch der erste Eindruck war durchaus ansprechend. Bei näherer Benutzung der Wohnung zeigte sich jedoch, dass vieles renovierungsbedürftig ist (z.B. die Sanitäranlagen). Die Küche weist ein Sammelsurium von Gegenständen auf, die ohne Struktur verstaut sind Hinzu kam, dass die einzelnen Küchenschränke und- schubladen nicht sauber waren. Wir mussten anfangs für die Nutzung einige Fächer und Schubladen reinigen und Besteck und Geschirr...
