"This place was disgusting. There were bugs all over the floor. Then they moved me to another room which still had a ton of bugs in the entrance some were dead somewhere still alive but when I say a lot, I mean like hundreds of them. I didn’t even want to touch anything in there. My daughter has a phobia with bugs so she had a very hard time. The toilet was about to come off very loose almost fell off. I contacted Hotels.com and they still haven’t answered me back about getting a refund."
