Front-line villa with free WiFi

Situation:

Property on the first line, about 10 metres from the sea. Binissafua beach is a 5-minute walk from the house and Binibeca is a 5-minute drive away. The towns of Sant Lluís or Sant Climent are an 8-minute drive away.



Exterior:

The garden has grass up to the rocks overlooking the sea, where it is possible to access the crystal-clear waters via some stairs. There are two spacious covered terraces, with a sofa, chairs and table for eating or relaxing. From these, one can enjoy wonderful views of the open sea.



Interior:

The house has been decorated with taste and comfortable furniture. All rooms are distributed on one floor.

Ground Floor: open living room/kitchen, 1 master bedroom with en-suite shower and sea views, 1 double bedroom also with sea views and 1 bathroom with shower.

Annex: 1 master bedroom with bathroom with en-suite shower.

All rooms have ceiling fan.
