Amazing modern 80m2 apartment located just 70 metres away from the crystal clear waters of the beach of Cala Millor. The apartment was totally renovated in 2016 and has all the comforts of modern housing, such as wooden floors, aluminium windows with double glazing, balcony with glass balustrade, air conditioning and central heating, fully renovated and fully furnished bathroom and kitchen, laundry, flat screen TV in all rooms including the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and Parking etc. In addition to this, we must highlight the amazing location and views, because these are totally unbeatable! Situated on the 6th floor and on centre front row of Cala Millor beach, you can enjoy majestic sea views from all the main rooms and outbuildings giving you the impression of being on a boat rather than in a house!

Ustensiles de cuisine strict minimum (saladiers en plastique....) Pour 90 โ‚ฌ de mรฉnage sur un sรฉjour de 3 semaines pas de mรฉnage intermรฉdiaire Prix bien trop รฉlevรฉ par rapport aux prestations 180โ‚ฌ/jour le prix d'un hรดtel 4 รฉtoiles avec petit dรฉjeuner et vue sur mers Pallafruguel par exemple Un peu "Attrape nigauds". Toni est trรจs gentil mais le premier jour il nous a laissรฉ avec la femme de mรฉnage qui ne parlait pas franรงais et n'a mรชme pas pris le temps de nous expliquer les rudiments de l'appartement. Je sais vous allez dire que les franรงais sont jamais content mais nous avons l'habitude de rรฉserver sur cette plateforme et a ce prix et avec une note a 5 on s'attend ร  autre chose.... Je pense aussi que les appartements rรฉnovรฉs sont bien les premiรจres annรฉes mais ensuite s'ils ne sont pas de bonne qualite ils se dรฉgradent trรจs vite sans entretien par contre le prix est toujours le mรชme .. Mehr Meerblick geht nicht!

Es ist schwierig nach 90 guten Bewertungen etwas neues noch zu schreiben. Wir kรถnnen nur alles bestรคtigen. Als wir das erste Mal in die Wohnung kamen, hat uns der Blick aufs Meer รผberwรคltigt und das blieb so. Mit Blick auf Menorca durften wir 20 Mal den Sonnenaufgang erleben und auf dem Balkon frรผhstรผcken und das im Mรคrz. Die Betten waren spitze und im Nebenraum waren eine Waschmaschine und sogar ein Trockner. Wir landeten bereits um 8.00 Uhr in Palma und durften bereits um 10.00 Uhr in die Wohnung. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und war eine schรถne Einstimmung in den Urlaub. Der รผberdachte Parkplatz im Hof war sehr angenehm. Toni ist wirklich sehr sympathisch. Er ist immer telefonisch erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank und bis zum nรคchsten Mal.

Einzigartiges Apartment

Wir hatten einen super schรถnen Urlaub in Tonis Appartement. Es ist alles super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man fรผr einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Kรผche perfekt eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich und wir konnten sogar im Februar รถfters dort frรผhstรผcken. Meeresrauschen beim Frรผhstรผck! Was will man mehr. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Im Supermarkt unten im gleichen Gebรคude bekommt man alles, sogar frische Brรถtchen, die auch schmecken. Fรผr grรถรŸere Einkรคufe empfehle ich Aldi, der ganz in der Nรคhe ist. Gerne waren wir auch im Carrefour. Toni ist der beste Vermieter, den wir je hatten. Sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar . Er stand uns wรคhrend der gesamten Zeit gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank an Toni. Auch das check in war unkompliziert. Wir kรถnnen das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefรผhlt.

Schรถne Basis fรผr "winterliche" Erkundung der Insel Mallorca

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern 14/11) haben uns bewusst dazu entschieden, die Insel Mallorca zum ersten Mal im Winter zu besuchen - fern vom sommerlichen Massentourismus. Die 7 Tage Anfang Februar waren von Sonnenschein und Temperaturen um 20 Grad geprรคgt. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist sehr schรถn und die Bilder in der Objektbeschreibung entsprechen der Realitรคt. Da wir jeden Tag mit einem Mietwagen auf der Insel unterwegs waren, haben wir das Apartment quasi als Basis genutzt. Schlafen, Frรผhstรผcken, Abendessen. Auch in der Wintersaison waren in der Umgebung ausreichend Einkaufsmรถglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat keine Wรผnsche offen gelassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Antonio) war vor und wรคhrend dem Aufenthalt sehr gut - danke Toni! Die Klimaanlage kann auch zum Heizen genutzt werden, so das - wie man dies aus Hotels kennt - ein Geblรคse zum Einsatz kommt. Das macht die Wohnung auch im "Winter" mit verschiedenen Gerรคuschstรคrken angenehm warm, obwohl die Fensterdichtungen eher auf mediteranes Sommerklima ausgelegt sind. Wรผrden wir im Sommer Mallorca besuchen? Nein, da ist die Insel wahrscheinlich sehr voll. Wรผrden wir im Winter noch mal in das gleiche Apartment kommen, um die Insel nach den ersten 1.300 Autokilometern weiter zu erkunden: definitiv ja. Fazit: Mit dem Apartment und dem Vermieter Toni kann man nichts falsch machen.

Traumhafte Wohnung in bester Lage!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub รผber Weihnachten! Toni ist ein sehr netter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir sind jedes Jahr รผber Weihnachten in Cala Millor, aber so einen wunderschรถnen Ausblick, von allen Fenstern der Wohnung (direkt aufs Meer), hatten wir noch nie! Nachts konnte man bei geรถffneten Fenstern das Meer rauschen hรถren, ansonsten war es absolut still im Haus! Alles war absolut sauber und perfekt eingerichtet! Der WLAN Empfang war sehr gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Wir kรถnnen diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Die Lage und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Alles ist genau so wie beschrieben. Der รผberdachte Parkplatz im Hof ist auch ein zusรคtzliches Plus. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt und kommen gerne wieder. Toni, unser Gastgeber, ist sehr nett, war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Danke nochmal.

Viel zu kurz

Tolles Appartement, super Lage und Ausblick, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und fรผhlten uns gleich heimisch. Schon vor der Buchung wurden unsere Anfragen von Tony schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Die Buchung selbst war sehr schnell erledigt. Vor der Anreise wurden wir von Tony ausfรผhrlich und nachvollziehbar informiert, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen. Hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung ist in der 6. Etage und man hat einen wirklich tollen Ausblick direkt auf das Meer und die Promenade. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist wirklich toll ausgestattet. Wir fรผhlten uns sofort wohl. Durch den sehr schnellen und stabilen Internetanschluss (600 Mbit Glasfaser) konnten wir schon vor unserem eigentlichen Urlaub nach Mallorca kommen und haben von hier aus mit dem Laptop gearbeitet. Videokonferenzen laufen super stabil und teilweise sogar besser als von Zuhause. In der Kรผche gibt es einen groรŸen Kรผhlschrank, so dass man auch groรŸzรผgig Lebensmittel einkaufen kann und sich somit gut selbst versorgen kann. Durch die vorhandene Waschmaschine und Trockner kann das Urlaubsgepรคck ruhig etwas kleiner ausfallen. Fรผr den Mietwagen steht ein privater Stellplatz auf dem Hof bereit. Die Fernbedienung fรผr die Schranke wird bereitgehalten. In der Wohnung befinden sich insgesamt 3 Fernseher, die umfangreiche digitale HD-Programme (auch einige deutsche Kanรคle) bieten. Wir haben einen Fire-TV-Stick mitgebracht und konnten darรผber auch TV, Netflix oder andere Streamingdienste nutzen. Fรผr uns wirklich ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit einem sehr netten Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar ist und weiterhilft. Leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :-)

Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir kรถnnen die FeWo uneingeschrรคnkt empfehlen: Die Lage ist grandios, die Bilder entsprechen voll der Realitรคt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, in der Kรผche fehlt es an nichts. Das Einchecken lief problemlos, einfach und verstรคndlich, Tony ist ein ganz entspannter Vermieter. Wenn FeWo-Urlaub unser Ding wรคre (jetzt war es eine Corona-Lรถsung), wรผrden wir definitiv wiederkommen. :-)

Besser geht es kaum

Haben eigentlich eine Woche gebucht, dann aber auf รผber zwei Wochen verlรคngert(bewerten noch aus der Wohnung :)). Toni ist der beste Gastgeber,den man sich wรผnschen kann. Bei jeder Frage oder Wunsch, sei es die Empfehlung eines Restaurants oder ein fehlendes Verlรคngerungskabel, steht Toni immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lรคsst kaum Wรผnsche รผbrig, und entspricht den Bildern. Die Kรผche ist absolut ausreichend ausgestattet, es gibt sogar einen Stabmixer. Ein รผberdachter Parkplatz mit Schranke ist auch vorhanden. Haben sogar Strandutensilien wie Strandtรผcher, Sonnenschirm und Klappstuhl vorgefunden. Die Lage ist traumhaft, aus allen Fenstern (inklusive Kรผche) blickt man auf das Meer. Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und das Meeresrauschen zu hรถren ist einmalig. Der Weg zum Strand betrรคgt weniger als 1 Minute. Einkaufsmรถglichkeiten sind in der Nรคhe, gute Restaurants ebenfalls. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Trรจs bel appartement avec une vue magnifique

La location est extrรชmement bien placรฉe ร  la Cala Millor un peu ร  lโ€™รฉcart de lโ€™agitation du centre mais trรจs prรชt pour tout faire ร  pied. La vue est รฉpoustouflante quand on pรฉnรจtre dans lโ€™appartement et calme du fait du 6eme รฉtage. On est tellement bien sur la terrasse quโ€™il faut se faire violence pour la quitter :-) Il y a plein de balades ร  faire aux alentours et jolies villes ร  visiter.

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schรถnen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist nur 30 Sekunden zu FuรŸ vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus, und man kann jeden Morgen vom Balkon aus einen wunderschรถnen Sonnenaufgang sehen. Der Vermieter Tony war sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschรถne Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Aussicht vom Balkon und den Zimmern ist ein Traum. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Tony war auch sehr nett. Kรถnnen diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschrรคnkt weiterempfehlen!

Schรถne Ferien in einer super Wohnung

Great apartment, helpful host.

Clean, simple, great location overlooking beach at top of block. Water pressure came in pulses but was not a problem once used to it.
