Ses Oliveres - Son Carrió

Beautiful villa with capacity for 6 people distributed in 3 double bedrooms on a single floor. The house has wifi internet connection, central heating and satellite TV.



This beautiful stone villa is located on a hill between the towns of Son Carrió and Cala Millor. The beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, S'Illot and Cala Bona are about 6 kilometers away from the house, so in less than 10 minutes by car you will be enjoying some of the best beaches on the island.



For those who love cycling and hiking, the Vía Verde, an old railway line that has been converted into a cycle and hiking route with more than 30 kilometers of routes, is less than 2 kilometers from the house. The Pula golf course is 9 kilometers from the house.

Other places of interest are the Safari Zoo of Sa Coma, the caves of Drach and dels Hams in Portocristo, the castle of Capdepera or the town of Artà.



This stone house on one level surrounded by more than 90 olive trees and with spectacular views we access from a covered terrace with pleasant views in which there is a large wooden table ideal for breakfast in the morning watching the sun rise. The first room we find in a spacious living room with fireplace, 2 sofas in front of the TV and a dining table for 6 people. The dining room is directly connected to the kitchen, very spacious, bright and fully equipped with gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a large stock of pots, glasses, plates and cutlery. At the back of the dining room there is a small distributor that takes us to the back of the house where we found, a double room with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, a second room with a double bed and the third room with two beds individual On this ground floor we also find a bathroom with shower.

Crossing the covered terrace we reach the pool area separated from the house by a protective barrier for children. The 8m x 4m pool is divided into two zones, one with a depth of 30cm and the other with 150cm. Between the house and the pool there is a covered terrace with a great barbecue and a dining table.

Beautifully Mallorcan

Lovely house, great veranda with views of the olive orchard. Very spacious and easily accommodates 6 people. Some things need a bit of attention but overall a very nice house, remote location, perfect for a quiet holiday. You will need a car to get to town but it is 10 min drive to the main shops and beach. The pool is not heated but great size and great BBQ area with outside shower. Overall would definitely use this house again for a family holiday. Thank you for having us.

Schöne Finca mit guter Ausstattung. Durch die verschiedenen überdachten Terrassen konnte man zu jeder Tages und auch Nachtzeit draußen sitzen, auch wenn es regnete. Super Liegen am Pool, sehr bequem. In ca 10 Autominuten erreicht man so ziemlich jede Supermarktkette (Aldi, Lidl, mercadona, hipercampo). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat super geklappt.
