Villa Alessia has a beautiful sea view wherever you turn, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in Ibiza, for family or a group of friends, a main complex and two dependence to guarantee privacy and large spaces for its 12 guests.
Located in the West coast of the Island is surrounded by pines trees and the hillside of San Jose, not far way from the beach of Cala Vadella, Cala Moli and Cala Carbo..
The big garden runs around the whole property with a spectacular sunset view.

A sea view terrace with the 15x5mt pool invites ,with some steps, to enter in the main house with lungers, sofas as well the dining area with table and chairs, TV and DVD player.
A wide glass doors invades the house with natural light to create the right atmosphere to enjoy the winter fireplace and the cinema area.

These atmosphere continues in the rest of the Villa including the sleeping areas, spreads between the three bulidings; with Balinese-wood furniture, creamy colours the 6 bedrooms has all with air conditioning, TV and sea view, they are divided as follows:

Ground floor, Queen size bed, private terrace, safe
Bedroom 2
First Floor - Twin beds , safe, shared bathroom, and terrace of 70m2.
Bedroom 3
Located in Casita 1 - Twin beds, safe, private terrace with overlooking garden and pool area, Balinese bed outside, shared living room area with sofa and fridge, with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4
Located in Casita 1 - Queen size bed, safe, private terrace overlooking garden and pool area, Balinese bed outside, shared living room area with sofa and fridge, with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5
Located in Casita 2 - Twin beds, safe, private terrace overlooking garden and pool area, Balinese bed outside, living room area with sofa and fridge shared with bedroom 6
Bedroom 6
Located in Casita 2 - Queen size bed, safe, private terrace overlooking garden and pool area, Balinese bed outside, living room area with sofa and fridge shared with bedroom 5

Complete the propriety two equipped kitchens, the laundry room and the parking.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Security deposit € 5.000,00 it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card).
Final cleaning: €400 to pay upon arrival

Included in rates:
Housekeeper Included 8 hours daily ,domestic services included (except Sundays).
Security Guard works for 7 hours per night in July/August.
