You’ll find a fully equipped private kitchen with coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for video calls, air conditioning in every bedroom, TV, and washing machine. A crib, beach towels, and sea views are also provided.
Outdoors, you can enjoy a private garden, open terrace, and a private outdoor pool with shower. The villa boasts spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the iconic island of Es Vedrà. Relax by your private barbecue while taking in the scenery.
Free street parking is available. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are included for your convenience. Cala Codolar beach is just 200 m away and the famous Cala Comte is 2 km from the villa. The 7 Pines resort is only a few meters away, offering a variety of dining and leisure options. You’ll also find the Cone Club, set atop the cliff with sea views and vistas of Es Vedrà. DJ sets and live music enhance the lively atmosphere from sunset into the night.
