The villa offers a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. A cot, high chair, and beach towels are also available.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with tropical and native plants, a 10-meter private saltwater pool with waterfall and hydromassage function, as well as an outdoor shower. The villa has covered and uncovered terraces, including a 90 m² solarium on the upper floor with direct access from the bedrooms, a balcony, and three chill-out areas. Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Pets and events are not allowed. The villa is close to the beach and has access to public transport.
