VILLA REINA
Villa located in a quiet and accessible residential area very close to the beautiful beaches of Cala Vadella, Cala Carbó and Cala d'Hort.
The house has an area of 300 m2 and 5000 m2 of fenced land, it is in a classic Mediterranean style and has four rooms; an independent apartment on the ground floor and three rooms on the first floor, where the kitchen and the living room are also located. The spaces are spacious, bright and with views of the forest.
Outside we find a refreshing 50 m2 pool surrounded by large terraces, with sunbeds and parasols, a barbecue area and a fantastic set of garden sofas and armchairs. This space invites you to have fun by the pool or to relax quietly under the shade of the pine trees.
At night this part of the house is perfect to gather and enjoy a barbecue under the starry sky.
The house has an alarm, air conditioning, satellite TV, WI-FI and parking with space for several cars.
